By waving or holding your hand over the hand rail sensors you can increase or decrease the speed. You can stop by holding both hands over the sensors simultaneously.

Our Opinion
If you want the best for the home this commercial running machine fits the bill!  Not only does it have a giant size running area the motor is an enormous 3.0 HP.  Tried and tested in our own gymnasium the X Fit 7 Treadmill will be a fantastic addition to any home gym.
